There are other minor disadvantages like the absence of features that are more advanced and its limited remote control capabilities. Eureka Q5 Pro, despite its limitations, is a great choice for those seeking a basic robot vacuum that can mop.

3. SwitchBot K10 Plus

If you're looking to purchase a smart vacuum cleaner with the ability to mop, the SwitchBot K10 Plus is a great choice. This little robot has a small size that lets it get into tight spaces such as corners and under furniture that larger robots are unable to reach. It also has a sophisticated LiDAR sensor which can detect obstacles and avoid collisions.

During testing during our testing, the K10 Plus quickly and efficiently vacuumed up dust, pet hair, crumbs, and other debris from our carpeting and hardwood floors. It was also able to get into tight spaces like under our bed or around the legs of chairs. It can mop using a separate cloth or use a wet wipe. The K10 Plus comes with a small bag of wet wipes that will get you moving.

The app for K10 Plus is easy to use and easy to understand. The design of the Roomba S9+ is a premium. It has an oval-shaped frame that looks more modern than the competitors circular bodies. The shape makes it easier to fit into corners and along edges more easily. While it could leave dust in these areas if the corner brush isn't turning fast enough however, its powerful motor more than compensates for this.

In iRobot's tests, the S9+ was able to remove kitty litter and pet hair easily. It also performed exceptionally well on hard floors, as it made use of its powerful motor to push through the majority of debris and clean all edges and corners effortlessly. Its vSLAM technology is the most advanced. Imprint Smart Mapping technology also made it one of the top navigators we've tested, with a rock-solid grasp of the floorspace it could even locate its ways under sofas or beds with a valance draped over them.

The only drawback is that the battery doesn't last nearly the amount of time I'd like. It lasted only 130 minutes when I was using it on normal settings, with both vacuuming & mopping turned on. Still, that's an impressive amount of time, and it was enough to completely clean my home.
