Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as a weapon, armor or rings. The item is replaced with an identical item and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they are open, they display a full description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item upgrader. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item upgrading.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. The system is a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. Moreover players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process can continue until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option to upgrade. Also, when a piece of gear reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for the track will be offered at discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to provide an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the kind of item upgrader mod however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is placed in an item it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance to block. In addition the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you choose an upgrade items component to be inserted into an item the game will display a pop-up window that shows the requirements required for that item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item upgrader in your inventory when you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
